Because “one quick question” has a remarkable ability to become most of Tuesday.
Build the AI operating system behind a better-run business.
The Owner Leverage Method is a private six-week program for owners who want AI to change how their business runs.
We examine your calendar, inbox, recurring work and the questions that keep returning to you. Then we remove what doesn’t need doing, automate what shouldn’t require you and turn your knowledge into systems the business can use.
By the end of six weeks, you will have:
Time
A full working day back each week
Spend less time answering repeated questions, assembling reports and reviewing work that should no longer need you.
We’ll remove, simplify or automate recurring work, with the aim of recovering at least 10 hours from your typical week.
Knowledge
Turn your expertise into a business asset
Capture the standards, context and judgment behind how you work. Give your team a searchable system for finding answers, handling routine decisions and recognizing when something genuinely needs you.
Your head stops being the company’s only search engine.
Decisions
Better support for the decisions only you should make
Use a private AI advisory board to compare options, challenge assumptions and spot gaps before you commit time or money.
You remain the decision-maker. Your first idea simply gets some proper competition.
Independence
A business that keeps moving when you step away
When you’re unavailable or focused on growth, fewer things stop and wait for your return.
Your team has clearer context. Recurring work has somewhere else to go. Important decisions reach you better prepared.
You stay involved without being required for everything.
Six questions to see where your time, knowledge and judgment are still doing work the business could handle differently.
Answer based on what happened last week. Aspirational answers are very persuasive, but not especially useful.

Time Back
How much recurring work still occupies your week.
02
Business Independence
How easily work moves without your time and context.
03
Decision Quality
Whether AI improves your thinking or just produces output.
Your Owner Leverage System
Everything we build fits into one practical system you can continue using after the six weeks are over.
No recommendations waiting for somebody else to implement. No impressive diagram quietly beginning a new life in your Downloads folder.
01
Your Leverage Map
A clear picture of where your time actually goes and which work still needs your judgment.
You leave with a ranked plan showing what stays with you, what AI can prepare, what gets delegated, what gets automated and what should stop happening altogether.

Your Workflow Engine
Two AI workflows built around recurring work from your real week.
They are tested and handling live work, rather than sitting in a future-state diagram. The first version is built within 14 days. Both are refined as you use them.

Your AI Decision Board
A private advisory system grounded in your business priorities, knowledge and current challenges.
It helps you compare options, test financial and customer assumptions, examine operational risks and argue against your preferred answer before you become too attached to it.
You leave with the board configured and tested on one real business decision. All of the challenge, with considerably fewer meetings.

Plus: Your 90-day leverage plan
A practical plan for the next areas of owner dependence to address, along with a simple quarterly review you can run yourself.
The result is a system that continues improving after the program ends and that someone else could eventually help operate.
Multiply it out. That’s what you’re currently paying, whether you fix this or not.
At $175 an hour, that’s $80,500 a year. Your number may be higher or lower. Either way, it’s not nothing.
That number doesn’t include the proposal that went out three days late. Or the decision that waited while you were in Whistler. Or the client who noticed.
Doing nothing isn’t free. It just doesn’t show up on an invoice.
And that’s only the time. Four costs are actually on the table here. Time is one of them.
How it works
Six weeks. Real work. Useful things at the end.
Phase one
Recover your time
Week 1
Audit
We examine your calendar, inbox and recurring responsibilities.
You leave with: Owner Time Audit and opportunity map.
Week 2
Remove and automate
We simplify the work before adding technology to it. A small courtesy to everyone involved.
You leave with: Your first working AI workflows.
Week 3
Test
You use the workflows in real work. We discover where reality disagrees with the diagram.
You leave with: Refined workflows and an initial time-saved baseline.
Phase two
Capture your knowledge
Week 4
Capture
We extract the knowledge, standards and decision logic the business currently borrows from you.
You leave with: Owner Knowledge Map and Decision Playbook.
Week 5
Make it usable
We build and test the searchable knowledge system.
You leave with: An AI assistant that can answer useful questions without inventing company policy.
Phase three
Strengthen your decisions
Week 6
Build the board
We stand up your AI board and use it on one real business question.
You leave with: A working advisory system, completed strategic session and plan for what to tackle next.
Get a full working day back each week or I keep working with you.
During Week 1, we record where your time goes and agree on the work included in the guarantee.
By the end of Week 6, the systems and changes we build will recover at least 10 owner-hours in a typical week.
If they don’t, I’ll continue working with you weekly at no additional cost for up to four more weeks. If we still miss the target, I’ll refund CAD $1,500. You keep everything we built.
The guarantee applies when you attend the sessions, provide the necessary information, test the systems and use them as agreed.
If the initial audit doesn’t reveal a credible path to 10 hours, I’ll tell you. We can set a smaller target or end the engagement after the audit and refund the remaining program fee.
No vague productivity scores. We measure the agreed work before and after.
I help businesses work better before adding more technology.
If we work together, you’ll work directly with me. Every session, every important decision and every system we build, for all six weeks.
Here’s something that might surprise you.
I’m not a technical AI guru.
I won’t sit you down and explain the difference between a vector database and a knowledge graph, or why changing a model’s temperature from 0.3 to 0.7 is apparently the secret to business success. It isn’t.
What I do know is how to make AI useful inside a real business.
For more than 16 years, I’ve helped organizations redesign operations, improve customer and employee experiences, lead technology change and introduce new ways of working across SaaS, financial services and healthcare.
That experience matters because AI rarely fails due to a shortage of features. It fails because the wrong work was automated, the necessary knowledge was missing, or somebody unveiled the new system on Friday and seemed surprised when nobody used it on Monday.
The business problems haven’t changed. We simply have better ways to solve some of them now.
I’ll challenge assumptions, ask awkward questions and occasionally suggest deleting a process instead of automating it.
Standard investment after the three founding engagements: CAD $12,500.
Built for owners who are still required for too much
This is for you if
✓You run an established service business with a team
✓Recurring work, questions and approvals still consume too much of your week
✓Important knowledge and context still live mainly with you
✓You want AI to change how work gets done, not simply help you write faster
✓You have a real business decision we can use to build and test your AI board
✓You’re willing to test the systems between sessions and change how you work
This is not for you if
✕You want someone to run AI adoption without your involvement
✕You’re mainly looking for tool recommendations or prompt training
✕You need a custom application or complex technical integration
✕Your business does not yet have repeatable work or a team to build around
✕You cannot make time to test the systems during the six weeks
Questions
Before you book the call
The questions operators ask before they commit. If yours is not here, bring it to the call.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to understand your business. That is the part AI cannot supply. We choose tools that fit your current environment and explain what is running, what information it uses and where human review is required.
What if we already use ChatGPT or Copilot?
That is common. Occasional individual use is different from having repeatable systems connected to real work and business context. We build on what you already use where it makes sense.
Will AI make decisions for me?
No. It can gather context, identify patterns, produce options, challenge assumptions and draft recommendations. The final judgment and accountability stay with you.
How much time will I need?
The main commitment is one 75-minute session a week. Most building happens during the sessions. Between sessions, you use the systems in real work and provide feedback on where they help or fail.
What tools will we use?
That depends on your business, existing software, security needs and workflow. We choose technology after deciding what needs to change. Any additional subscription costs are agreed before implementation.
What happens after six weeks?
You keep everything we build and receive 45 days of implementation support. You can continue independently or add the Operating Rhythm Retainer, $1,500 CAD per quarter, for measurement, maintenance and future improvements.
What if we tried something like this before and it didn't stick?
Most first attempts are a tool without a system underneath it. This program builds the system first: your Knowledge Base, your Decision System, and your operating rhythm are what make the workflows stick after the sessions end, not the workflows alone.
How do I make sure my team adopts it?
Some owners will want to extend the systems across their team. That work is scoped separately based on the number of people, workflows and level of adoption support required. The goal is proper adoption, not a half-day workshop followed by a hopeful email.
What if it doesn't work for my situation?
That's what the Ten-Hour Buyback Guarantee is for. If the systems we build aren't saving you at least 10 owner-hours in a typical working week by the end of week six, we continue working with you weekly at no additional charge for up to four further weeks. If they still do not reach the agreed target, we refund $1,500.
Stop making yourself the required step in every process.
In six weeks, you can have a business that uses more of your judgment without requiring more of your time. And at least 10 hours of your week back.
